Tonya is a Packaging and Print Designer with over 15 years of experience in Beauty, Fragrance and Home, with expert knowledge of the full packaging process and development. Her experience is in packaging design and creation, along with complete execution from ideation to implementation.

Acting as art director and design manager, Tonya has often been the sole voice to direct packaging and design decisions and executions. She has regularly delivered in-depth presentations with c-level executives throughout her career, having a strong POV on high-level decisions with cross-functional collaboration.

She focuses on conceptual brand experiences cross-functionally through packaging, print, and retail. This also includes intricate package development with component design, selection, color and material approvals within the full production process. She works closely with component vendors and engineers to accurately bring her designs to life across many materials, including glass, metals and plastics.
